George came to fix our fuse board and arrived as expected. He was very professional throughout the visit and fixed our electrics swiftly but with obvious attention to detail. He was very kind and explained everything to us in layman’s terms, plus he got us our power back! Very reasonably priced and great customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Communication from George was great from the outset, being easily available on whatsapp. Contact was made days before the booking to confirm and again on the morning. Work has been completed to a high standard, in a timely manner and at a good price. All round, very pleased.

Excellent work converting electric into our garage.. which is now a fully working gym. Thornwood understood most of what I asked for, but it wasn't helpful that my hours didn't allow me to be home at all. My wife said both George and his co worker were friendly, polite and respectful.
